Privacy Policy
This policy sets out what Legacy Business Funding collects when you apply for funding, why, and what becomes of it.
What we collect: what you enter on the application — your name, the business name, contact details, trading history and approximate revenue — together with the ordinary technical information any browser sends.
Why we collect it: to place the application with the lending partners most likely to fund it, and so that an advisor can talk you through what returns. We do not sell your information to parties unrelated to that purpose.
Consent to be contacted: submitting the application is consent to be contacted about it by telephone, text and email, including by automated dialling, at the numbers and addresses provided. That consent stands even if a number is registered on a federal or state Do-Not-Call list, and may be withdrawn at any time.
Children: this site is for business owners and is not directed at anyone under 18. If you believe we hold information about a child, contact us and it will be deleted.
Your choices: you may ask what we hold, ask for it to be corrected, or ask us to stop contacting you, at any time, at [email protected] or on the number on this site.
Advertising, remarketing and sharing with our funding partner
This site carries the Google Ads tag. When you visit, Google sets a cookie in your browser that records the visit: the pages you viewed, when, and an identifier for your browser. It does not record the name, phone number, email or answers you give in the application.
Legacy Business Funding works with a business funding company, our funding partner. It uses those records, through its Google Ads account, to show you ads for business funding on other websites and apps. Under California law that may be "sharing" personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, and some other states treat it as targeted advertising.
You can opt out on Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information. This site also honors Global Privacy Control: a browser that sends it is opted out automatically. You can also manage how Google uses your data at adssettings.google.com, and opt out of interest-based ads from many companies at optout.aboutads.info.
